It's made to feel clean and fast: tidy audio management, zero intrusive ads, and real-time global leaderboards powered by Supabase.

What is DawnSounds
A fan-made place to replay and test your memory of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang hero voice lines.
- Hero Soundboard — 133+ hero voice lines. Tap a card and it plays instantly.
- Role & lane filters — narrow the roster by Tank, Fighter, Assassin, Mage, Marksman or Support, and by EXP, Gold, Jungle, Mid or Roam. Search by name, sort, and switch between grid and list.
- Audio Quiz Arena — guess the hero from a voice line. Classic Mode is a once-a-day Daily Challenge (10 rounds, the same set for everyone). Survival Mode is unlimited: 3 hearts, endless rounds.
- Global scores — your best score per mode syncs across devices on the global leaderboard. No sign-up needed.
Data & Methodology
Hero data lives in heroes.json: name, roles, lane and quote for every hero, generated from a single seed list so the soundboard, filters and quiz always agree.
Audio and portraits are stored locally with the app. A sync script scans the asset folders and writes asset-manifest.json, so each hero resolves to a file that actually exists — and falls back to speech synthesis or a placeholder avatar when one is missing.
Daily Challenge questions are generated from the calendar date, so everyone playing on the same day gets the same 10 rounds. Your attempt and daily streak are tracked on your own device.
Scores are sent to Supabase through a validated database function: a new player is added, a higher score replaces your record, and a lower score keeps your personal best. The table is read-only to the public, and impossible scores are rejected.
